"I am a board-certified professional water resources engineer (licensed in Oregon, Washington and California) who has lived in the Rivergrove Water District for the past 25 years. I have over 40 years of experience working on the design of water systems, reservoirs, and other water resources projects. When I retired from full-time work a few years ago, I was determined to continue my involvement in various engineering activities, usually as a volunteer, but sometimes as a paid private consultant. The Rivergrove Water District is about to embark on a major program to correct decades of deferred maintenance and make other needed system improvements. The District needs a qualified independent “other set of eyes” to review the plans for these improvements that are being generated by our engineering consultant, RH2 Engineering, and I will be performing that function for the District as a member of the Board.”
